Customer service is very poor. I called them to place a order for a party pack. I was informed that they need me credit card information. Since when did this happen. They dont even have a sign posted about the new change. I dont like to give me credit card information over the phone. I dont see a reason for them to ask for that person information over the phone. They wont protect my privacy. If you call to place a party pack, it shouldn matter if someone picks it up or not, because they will just put it back in to sell. I call another store the person who answered the phone didnt know how many pizzas came in a party pack. With that being said i hate little caeasar pizza. They have lost a customer.

If this place wasn't so close to the house I would never go to this particular location. This is the second time they have messed up my order and over charged me. It seems to happen every time they rush you off the phone when you call in to order. The manager is usually nice and the reason this location even get 2 stars. Food is ok, it's just the service here is bad.

I only come here on a last minute basis. Customer service is horrible. When my pizza was ready, the girl just put it on the counter and didn't even mention to me that it was my pizza and that it was ready and sitting there. But the pretzel crust pizza is pretty good though.
